Patina Eyelet Strap Dress – Hand-Dyed Corset Fit in Deadstock Cotton

The Patina Strap Dress is born from the tension between structure and softness—much like the chimera itself, a thing of many parts made whole. Its corset-inspired cut shapes the body with intention, while the hand-washed patina finish softens it into something romantic and lived-in.

Crafted from deadstock cotton, each dress begins as a sustainable foundation before undergoing an individual hand-dye and hand-finishing process in our Copenhagen atelier. This artisanal treatment creates a unique, variegated surface—no two pieces are exactly alike, each carrying its own subtle variations in tone and texture.

The silhouette is fitted and body-skimming, with thoughtful details that echo the brand's fascination with transformation and flexibility:

A center front hook-and-eye closure provides a clean, structured line at the chest, with rever details that sit at bust level, echoing the lapel of a tailored garment.

Adjustable side panels with lace-up detailing—finished with soft elastic cord—allow you to cinch or release the fit, much like a modern corset.

Eyeletted straps offer versatility: wear them straight for a classic look, or cross them at the back for something unexpected. The straps are fully adjustable, letting you tailor the dress to your own proportions and mood.

Material: 100% cotton. Made from deadstock fabric (upcycled/vintage textile).

Origin: Sewn in Romania. Dyed and finished in our Copenhagen atelier.
