Return Policy

You have 14 days to return your order from the date it was delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within the 14-day window. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of notifying us. If the return is not shipped in a timely manner, we may decline the refund.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item or a defect), the customer is responsible for covering and handling the return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

All returned items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above (e.g. signs of wear, missing tags, stains, damage, or odors).

Please return items in their original shipping box or equivalent protective packaging. We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging during return transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
